How was MereU brand born? 

MereU brand initially developed from the idea to create fashionable and functional clothes for Californians. We wanted to offer a collection of items that can be easily mixed and matched to make a capsule wardrobe. A variety of silhouettes and colors provide endless possibilities for creating cool but comfy looks for any occasion.

Moreover, we pay great attention to natural materials that we use at all stages of manufacturing. All our fabrics are chemical-free, so our clothes are safe and friendly to those with sensitive skin.

Today we are happy to offer international shipping of eco-friendly clothes that advocates for your style and health.

Where is MereU made?

Our apparel is manufactured in Belarus - a small country in central Europe where the MereU founder was born. We use organic linen fabrics which have been made in this country for a century

Are your factories fair trade certified and ethical?

Our factories are not certified but meet fair trade criteria. Ethical manufacturing is certainly our top priority.

What materials do you use to ship your orders?

Online orders are shipped with recycled paper boxes and wrapping materials. We don't use polybags or any one-time-use stuff.

How does your sizing run?

To determine your size, follow the fit guide on our product pages. Most of our products are oversized and have a relaxed fit to give you even more movement comfort.

How do I care for my garment?

Please, carefully follow the cloth care instructions on the product's label and on the webpage.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer S - L sizes and multi-size variation for baggy models S-M and M-L.

Will you be offering more inclusive sizing in the future?

We will be proud to expand our size line shortly.

How often do you restock?

If you didn't find your size, please sign up to be the first to know when products or sizes are back in stock. You can select your size and color on a product page and enter your email address to join the waitlist. We’ll email you as soon as it is restocked.

Orders & Returns

How long will it take to receive a response to my email?

We do our best to respond to emails within 24 hours.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 2-3 days, excluding holidays & weekends.
Once processed, your order will be delivered based on your shipping address and chosen shipping service. All orders ship from Southern California.

COVID-19 Update: We are aware of frequent shipping carrier delays. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order if you notice any delays with tracking. Feel free to contact us if you still haven't received your package by then.

I’m not satisfied with my order, how can I make a return?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). We can not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Your order has to be fulfilled and delivered to begin the return or exchange process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. The shipping cost is calculated by a carrier on a website during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. We do not cover the cost of returns for international orders. Please, ship back your return item to the address from your invoice and send a valid tracking # to Once received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note: we don't ship to the United Kingdom due to Brexit regulations at this time.

What if I need to change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see a mistake in your shipping address, please email us to as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help you.

USPS tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I can't find it.

Sometimes USPS prematurely marks a package as delivered. We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address is correct and checking in with neighbors to make sure they didn’t accidentally take your package, if possible. If your parcel doesn’t arrive after 3 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. MereU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Having issues with international tracking numbers?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking information. You will be able to track your packages via the carrier's shipment tracking system.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.

I need to cancel my order! What should I do?

Please email ASAP! In case your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it by following the appropriate instructions.


I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments. MereU produces in small batches, so buying early guarantees that you receive your favorite items before they are sold out.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax depends on your destination country and the items you purchase. Sales tax will be added at checkout.
